Safety Information
The safe use of Galliprant has not been assessed in dogs under 9 months old and less than 8 lbs (3.6 kg), dogs used for breeding, pregnant or lactating dogs, or dogs with cardiac disease. Common side effects include vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite, and lethargy. Refer to the accompanying product label for complete safety information.2
Dogs weighing under 8 lbs (3.6 kg) cannot be accurately dosed. Only the 20 mg and 60 mg Galliprant tablets are scored. Dosages should be calculated in half-tablet increments, except when using the 100 mg tablet, which is not scored and should not be split. For dogs over 150 lbs (68 kg), combine tablets and half tablets to administer the proper dose.1
