Former Hims co-founder Joe Spector and Dr. Brian Evans, founder of Coastal Animal Hospital, share a passion for bringing life-changing care to animals across the country.

They realized the gap between suffering pets and high-quality, specialized care was far too wide. Dutch was founded to provide our pets with modern telemedicine—treatments rooted in science delivered monthly with ongoing support from trusted vets. After all, every pet should be able to access what it needs to live its happiest and healthiest life.

I’m excited to help more cats and dogs be less fearful and anxious than I could ever reach as a solo practitioner through collaboration, consultation and education. With fewer than 100 DACVBs in North America, and not every veterinary student graduating with a behavioral clinical rotation or course, there is a well published need for increased access to veterinary support for behavior problems. Dutch Pet is hoping to fill at least part of this care gap for our fur friends.
