The most frequently reported side effects of Ofloxacin are transient ocular burning or discomfort. Other reported reactions include stinging, redness, itching, chemical conjunctivitis/keratitis, ocular/periocular/facial swelling, foreign body sensation, photophobia, blurred vision, tearing, dryness, and eye pain. Rare reports of dizziness and nausea have been received.

- For topical eye use only; never inject or allow ingestion.2
- Use caution in pets that are allergic to fluoroquinolones.2
- Long-term or unnecessary use can lead to resistant bacterial or fungal overgrowth.2
- If signs of allergic reaction (e.g., swelling, redness, itching) develop, stop use and contact your veterinarian.1

- Not intended for use in fungal or viral eye infections.1
- Do not use in pets with a history of hypersensitivity to ofloxacin or similar drugs.1
- Use with caution in very young, pregnant, or nursing animals unless directed by a veterinarian.1
