Revolution is a safe and simple monthly topical medication used to protect your cat from fleas and heartworms. It’s also used to treat and control ear mites, hookworms, and roundworms.

What does Revolution for Cats treat?

Revolution protects cats against five parasites:

  • Treats and prevents flea infestations
  • Prevents heartworm disease
  • Treats and controls roundworms, hookworms, and ear mites

How is Revolution for Cats applied?

Revolution is a liquid that’s applied using the applicator tube down the back along the skin once monthly. See the box for exact instructions.

What are the possible side effects of Revolution for Cats?

The most common side effect of Revolution is hair loss at or near the site of application. Other rare side effects include vomiting, diarrhea with or without blood, decreased appetite, lethargy, excess saliva, rapid breathing, muscle tremors, itching, hives, skin redness, loss of coordination, fever, and rare reports of death.
